Saugeen Shores | by Travis Jackson

Police officer noticed suspect's vehicle was stolen, and a struggle ensued.

Saugeen Shores Police are investigating several incidents of possession of stolen property as a result of an arrest made by an officer.

On Saturday, September 8th at 2pm, an officer on patrol noticed a suspicious vehicle at a local hotel.

Further inspection of the vehicle revealed that it was stolen in Grey County.

When the officer approached the man sitting inside the car, things did not go smoothly.

The suspect was arrested, but he and the officer both left the encounter a little banged up.
