Students from OSDSS brought in 900 cans for the Salvation Army Food Bank this Halloween.

This was part of the 2019 Me to We campaign; We Scare Hunger.

Students collected cans and donations from the community instead of candy for Halloween.

Local Ford Dealerships  collected the cans to take to the food bank.

Danine Rutter, a teacher at OSDSS spoke about this years success saying "We are grateful to our whole student population for bringing in cans and our community for donating."

Leadership class students ran the promotions for the event as well as weighing the donations for a friendly contest among home rooms.
