After 13 years, Conservative Ben Lobb will continue to represent the federal riding of Huron-Bruce.
Lobb was re-elected to office in Canada’s 44th federal election, beating four other candidates for the seat in parliament.
He has served as the Member of Parliament for Huron-Bruce since 2008.
Lobb has so far served the riding for 13 years, bringing him just three years away from being the longest serving MP in the history of Huron-Bruce.
The current record is held by former Liberal MP Paul Steckle — who served the riding for 15 years, before Lobb captured the riding in 2008.
