The pools in the aquatics centre at the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce are temporarily closed.
A notice posted on the YMCA’s website says a mechanical failure occurred on Sunday affecting the air handler for the pool area. A mechanic is expected to attend on Monday to inspect the issue.
“At this point, we do not know how long the pool will be closed for,” the notice from the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce says.
The YMCA says more information will be shared once it’s available.
The YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce Health, Fitness and Aquatics Centre is located in the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre on 10th Street East in Owen Sound.
