The Town of Saugeen Shores plans to hold a virtual open house next month to garner feedback on residential intensification guidelines.
Town staff and planning consultants will host the event to determine how to address the broad range of housing types and sizes needed.
A release from the town says they’ll do this while helping keep the community’s “small-town charm.”
The virtual meeting is scheduled for April 6, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Staff and consultants will gather input from the community and then present residential intensification guidelines for Saugeen Shores council to consider.
