The Roselawn Bowling Club is hosting an open house on Saturday to introduce the game of golf croquet to the community.
Gold croquet is a twist on the game of croquet, where two teams race each other through a seven-hoop course. The first team to score four of the seven hoops wins.
Canadian Golf Croquet champions Adam Barr and John Richardson will be there to offer instructions as well from 10-2.
All equipment is provided, and Roselawn asks that anyone participating wear flat-soled shoes.
The addition of golf croquet to Roselawn’s summer schedule was funded by a grant from Community Foundation Grey Bruce and a donation from Croquet Canada.
