Georgian Bluffs is introducing a summer of Yoga In The Park.
The series of free outdoor yoga sessions are aimed to get people moving while enjoying the fresh air.
The sessions will be led by Julie Bradley-Low from Stonegrove Wellness, and are open to everyone, whether it’s your first time doing yoga or if you’ve been doing it for years.
The six yoga classes will be happening at Sarawak Family Park.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, water, and anything else they need to feel comfortable. A small number of extra mats will be available for those without one. Admission is free or by donation.
Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce environmental impact and make the most of limited parking at the park.
