Born and raised in the Northern Ontario town of Rainy River, Singer Shantelle Davidson is a name you won’t soon forget. She began performing in her community at local talent shows and churches and has been making her way ever since. Following her graduation from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, California, Shantelle spent time recording original music in Vancouver before relocating to Alberta, where she is currently based out of.
Since her solo debut in 2015, Shantelle has been in the studio several times since and has opened up for big artists like Chad Brownlee and Meghan Patrick. Her recent single, written with Canadian Country stars Clayton Bellamy and Dan Davidson, is a positive and upbeat song that was inspired by the grit and resilience of the community of Fort McMurray, Alberta, after their experiences with recent natural disasters.
