His nominator, Jennifer, writes, “Tom works at Beckenhauer Garage in Elmwood. It was at the end of my work day and on my way home I decided to stop and get my mail at the post office in town. Putting my mail in the trunk of the car, the car keys accidentally fell out of my hands and into the trunk as the trunk lid was closing. As a mom, I tried to stay calm with two kids now locked in the car. Tom was able to help me right away using the Emergency door unlocking kit. I am so thankful for his generosity and quick response. Thank you Tom!”
