Hanover Police are investigating two separate reports received on Thursday after a suspicious man in a vehicle was watching children at play.
Police say that the first incident was around 4 o’clock that afternoon near a gymnastics training facility, close to the intersection of 1st Street and 18th Avenue.
The second incident was at around 6:30 that evening, near the intersection of 13th Street and 13th Avenue, close to a school playground.
The vehicle is described as a grey 4-door BMW sedan. No description of the male driver was given by police, but a photo was provided.
They are looking to identify the man and speak with him.
Parents are also being reminded to talk to their children about safety and developing an action plan that includes calling the police when necessary.
